State surveyors (aka the people who can cause many problems) at work. Plus 7 admissions in 2 days. Plus 2 more people needing seen. Plus my caseload. Plus paperwork. Plus full moon. Plus one attack upon a very personal part of my body.
Equals 24 hours worked in 2 days. Going to sleep at 3 these days.
