By way of explanation

I continue to feel really, really good. However, I am also still going through a major med change and all that this involves. And the weather has been bad for me. So I've been exhausted most of the time and sleeping a lot.

I'm also doing my part of what has to be done to move on to the next topic in therapy. I know what it is, I'm just not really ready to go there yet. Trying to get that way is also exhausting.

So, little blogging. I'll be back soon.
