I slept.  Nothing amazing except that 4 hours of sleep makes me feel like I might live through this.  Hope to repea; may not for a few days based on the past.  Off to Dr. Mind; gotta get a script on the way.

    Four hours is better than no hours Jen. I am happy you feel even a little bit better now. I sincerely hope your insomnia is on its way O-U-T! Everything is so much worse with no sleep.

    I am also hoping that Dr Mind does something to make a difference. Good grief. This has gone on long enough.

  2. I'm with you Jen. Good school successes today; not performing well at creating my final "invent a fake business" project. I'm very short of sleep but not like you are.

    PRAISE GOD you finally got some rest! I hope it relaxes you to the point that you CAN SLEEP better and better!

  3. Woo hoo for sleep! It's amazing how even dipping into one four-stage cycle can refresh a person, at least enough to make it through another day. Hope sleep is something that turns into a trend.

    I always tell my daughters, "Just remember your mother loves you." :-)
