I did give her the information in writing.  I am now on serious suicide watch; not allowed to close the door or pull curtain.  My roommate and I changed bed positions so she gets some darkness.  

I had to do this.  It is also so painful.

My heart is with you Jen. And my mind too since I just woke up from a dream about you.

Can I be proud of you? Or, as I say to my daughters, I am proud FOR you. This was a huge step forward. It may not seem "forward" right now, but it was. Even though it is painful, do you feel better/relieved now? I hope you do.

Observation: About that phone call from your niece? It says SO much. It says your sister loves you and wanted to do something special for you. It says your sister wants you to have a relationship with your niece. And if she (A.) talked to you? You are indeed a very special Auntie Jen. Think of how wonderful this situation has worked out compared to where it started!

And now, consider that what is happening right now could have a happy ending too.
