Whenever the rainbow appears in the clouds, I will see it and remember the everlasting covenant between God and all living creatures of every kind on the earth." Genesis 9:13

If you are ever in need of amazement

Every Sunday my niece/nephew turns another week old. Each Sunday I read about what is happening during the upcoming week. At this point I can apparently easily start to find ultrasounds.

This baby is 9 weeks old. And it is amazing. I highly recommend doing this for a 40 week period, just to be reminded how incredible we are.

I completely agree with you about the marvels of the BABY! I LOVE Psalm 139! The following verses speak of the unformed baby in the "secret place." With today's technology, the womb isn't entirely "secret" which gives us marvelous opportunities to view God's miracles under development. One of the most powerful tools of pro-life clinics is the ultrasound machine. If young women see their unborn babies, the vast majority carry the CHILD to term.

Psalm 139: 13-18

For You created my inmost being;
You knit me together in my mother's womb.

I praise You because I am fearfully and wonderfully made;
Your works are wonderful,
I know that full well.

My frame was not hidden from You
when I was made in the secret place. When I was woven together in the depths of the earth, Your eyes saw my unformed body.

All the days ordained for me
were written in Your book before one of them came to be.

How precious to me are Your thoughts, O God! How vast is the sum of them!

Were I to count them, they would outnumber the grains of sand. When I awake, I am still with You."

And tagging on to the last verse, you awoke and He's still with you! I think Somebody knew you needed some down time. What an amazing sleep! I guess I'm glad you got confused and disabled the alarm clock!

You are very understanding about your pregnant supervisor. My impression is that her "one note" emotional response to life is anger. I think you're right about just waiting out the final weeks of her pregnancy.

I told my granddaughter that her mommy had a picture of her when she was so tiny that she looked like a bean. McKenzie said "I want to see that picture." Today, we drove to church together because I had the privilege of keeping her and her brother Mason overnight. She said "I have music in my blood." She spoke of all the ways she loves life and all the ways God's made her special. Guess what "some people" wanted to do with that "bean" when they learned that this beautiful little girl was unexpectedly on the way? Fortunately, "some people" grew up and now cherish her life. I remember going "wild" when I saw ultrasound of her when she was about 4-5 months in the womb. Her gorgeous little leg kicked out and back again. I could watch that video forever! She's still a great little dancer!

SOOOO glad you're enjoying these wonders. You're so special...and you are a WONDERFUL Aunt JustMe! JustYou is JustRight...ironing or no ironing!

Love JustYOU!!
