Whenever the rainbow appears in the clouds, I will see it and remember the everlasting covenant between God and all living creatures of every kind on the earth." Genesis 9:13

Yay!

Michal passed her massage boards and is now officially something I can't spell!!!! She also is not dead as they were concerned during the security screening that sounds like it was 1 inch from the airport wand thing.

I think I passed story 2 in PTSD land and i only have to do this 6 more weeks.  (I'm not sure that's enough but still, 6 weeks til a break).  AND Dr. Body found a medication I can take to help my headaches.

So yay all around!

Excellent news for Michal! I don't get the airport thing, but fantastic that she passed. CONGRATS Michal!!!

Gee whiz Jen - passing story 2 seems like you are progressing well. Progress amid the pain. Is it getting at all easier? Any little bit easier?

Glad you got something to help with the headache.

That's all I've got for tonight.

Becky, the security measures at the testing center were extreme. My hands were cold so it took quite a few tries for them to get an image of my palm prints. Then the camera had to be adjusted about 5 times. The guy said "You don't exist." They're very strict about positive I.D. because I hear that in the past, people have been paid to take tests for others. Quite the deal. I had to turn out my pockets and show the cuffs of my clothing, etc.

Jen, this link should introduce you to Christina Levasheff, a wonderful blog friend I've known for a few years. Her kids are amazing, Jessie in her arms and Judson in heaven. I first found Jud's story when watching YouTube images of him as a precocious 2 year old singing The National Anthem.

Christina is a woman of powerful faith who writes with strength, wisdom and sensitivity.

I'm signing off with love, Michal

(Hey, cool. Part of the code I have to type below is "Mich." :)

Jen, I appreciated this devotional today, from the classic God Calling. We each need to keep pressing in to the tasks before us. I know the PTSD work is taxing but take courage. Enjoy this word for it is God who is at work within us to will and to do of His good pleasure. (Philippians 2:13)

Let's keep encouraging each other because it seems like such a battle.

Accomplish Anything

There will be no limit to what you can accomplish. Realize that. Never relinquish any task or give up the thought of any task because it seems beyond your power, only if you see it is not My Will for you. This I command you.

Think of the tiny snowdrop-shoot in the hard ground. No certainty even that when it has forced its weary way up, sunlight and warmth will greet it.

What a task beyond its power that must seem. But the inner urge of Life within the seed compelling it, it carries out that task. The Kingdom of Heaven is like unto this.

And Jesus said unto them ...
If ye have faith as a grain of mustard seed, ...
nothing shall be impossible unto you.

Matthew 17:20
