So it turns out that being worn out and sleepy did not actually lead to sleep. And I am TIRED this morning. I tried to use my SAD lamp as that helps wakefulness but the cord is missing. I'm sure I put it somewhere handy last year.
I am going to check one more place then start trying to relax a bit before work. Today I feel a lot less confident that I can do this.

- Over the years I have noticed that when I have the least hope a rainbow appears. Rainbows are a wonderful combination of beauty, hope, happiness and rain, the product of ugly grey clouds that hide the beauty of the sky. The beauty that is a rainbow can only come with the presence of both rain and sun. Such is life with bipolar disorder. There are good times, there are tough times, and there are rainbows to remind us that beauty will return, sometimes fleetingly and sometimes for a long time. I don't feel very confident when I am exhausted and you're bound to be worn out from all of this. I hope you find that SAD lamp cord...and true sunshine as you await that rainbow shift.
